First Things First
Before we get started working together, I’d like to know a bit about you and your business; I call this the Qualification Process, during which we identify whether we are a good fit for each other. Aside from doing great work, knowing we can count on each other to stick to schedules and payments we agree to is paramount in any business relationship. The same way you want the best designer on your team, I want the best clients on mine. So, how do we determine this?
I’m sure you’ll have questions for me, too. The following help me identify how you see yourself, your goals, timelines, and budget:
- What sets your business apart from your competition?
- What return on investment (ROI) do you want to see?
- What are your favorite parts of your current marketing assets? What do you hate?
- How long do you have to complete your projects? Do you have a particular date in mind?
- What is your overall budget for everything you need?
Once we’ve determined that we’re a good fit to work together, we will schedule a roadmapping session (usually via Skype or in-office), which goes much more in depth about your projects. The purpose of roadmapping is to provide you with a detailed proposal. First, I gather all the data and information I need to assess your goals and map out the direction for us to take to get your projects done on time and within your budget. Then, I compile the data into a proposal, so you can see the full scope of your projects.
Proposal & Agreement
The proposal contains all the nitty-gritty, along with the cost of your projects, start dates, deadlines, and general responsibilities as needed. From here, it’s all up to you! If you agree to everything, we sign an agreement together and I’ll get started – yay!
